Our managing partners have over 42 years of collective telecommunications
experience with expertise in operations, network planning
and engineering, customer care, provisioning, marketing, sales,
sales management and development, training, profit and loss, budgeting
and forecasting, mergers and acquisition planning, and company
integration.

Craig Johnson, Managing Partner, brings 21 years
of experience in the telecommunications industry with
an emphasis in sales and marketing management. He has
held various positions with such Colorado companies
as US West/Qwest, ICG Communications, and Convergent
Communications.
During his tenure in the industry Craig held positions
as Sales VP, Sales Director, National Sales Manager
as well as various other Marketing and Sales positions.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration
with a Concentration in Communications from Augustana
College.

| Greg Cioffi, Managing Partner, brings
22 years of experience to Antero Solutions. He has held
various positions with such Colorado companies as Sprint,
ICG Communications, AT&T Broadband and Comcast. His background
includes operations management; call center management,
network engineering, financial analysis, merger, acquisition,
and company integration planning.
Greg received his Bachelor's of Arts degree from the
State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
He completed his Masters of Telecommunications Degree
at the University of Denver. During his tenure Greg
has held positions as Director and General Manager,
Director of Integration, Application Engineer, Manager
of Sales Engineers, Call Center Manager, Project Manager,
as well as various other positions.
